Athletic Development
Our Athletic Development and Performance Programs are designed to help young athletes develop the necessary skills to excel in their chosen sport. We understand that each athlete is unique, and our experienced trainers are dedicated to providing personalised training programs that cater to individual needs. Our Athletic Development and Performance programs run on a weekly basis. Our athletes receive online programming via our training app, as well as access to our designated ADP/ APP sessions, in which athletes can attend MITS Lab for their sessions to complete their specific programs. These sessions will be run within a group setting, whilst a MITS Fitness coach oversees the athletes throughout the session. This allows our athletes to train alongside like-minded individuals, receive guidance from our experienced coaches, utilise our state-of-the-art fitness equipment and training resources, whilst creating a sense of community that fosters motivation and accountability.
Personal Training
Our in-person coaching sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive fitness experience. During these sessions, our expert coaches focus on educating clients and athletes about the safe and effective use of gym equipment to prevent injuries and build confidence. In addition, our coaches develop tailored exercise programs that align with each client’s unique health, fitness or sporting goals. Whether the objective is to improve strength, increase endurance, enhance flexibility, or achieve overall wellness, our coaches ensure every exercise is purposeful and efficient. These personalised interactions foster an environment where clients and athletes feel empowered, motivated, and supported throughout their journey.
Customised Online Training

Each program is tailored to deliver targeted outcomes, incorporating exercises and progressions crafted by our expert coaches. With MITS Fitness programming, we go beyond standard training to integrate skills-focused programs that enhance both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Introductory Postural & Physical Assessment
This 30-minute assessment provides athletes with an opportunity to visit MITS Lab for a comprehensive evaluation by one of our MITS Fitness Coaches. The session is designed to gather essential insights into posture, movement patterns, and physical readiness.The feedback obtained will not only benefit the athlete/client by providing detailed information about their current fitness level but also enable our coaches to create tailored programming for Personal Training Sessions, Online Programs, Athletic Development, or Athletic Performance Programs. Our coaches will document observations through notes during the session, and a detailed assessment report will be provided within the week.
MITS Mentality Boot Camp
Join our MITS Mentality Boot Camp for an invigorating, high-intensity workout that challenges both your body and mind! Led by Jack Burns, Head Coach from Movement Mentality and MITS Fitness, this 45 minute circuit-based session is designed to push your limits while keeping things fun and engaging. Not only will you experience a rewarding workout, but you'll also enjoy a supportive and energetic social environment, making it the perfect way to kick-start your day. Jack's motivational approach will ensure you leave feeling driven to maintain the momentum throughout the rest of your day.
