Our online personal training sessions offer the same expert coaching experience from the comfort of your own space. Conducted via Zoom, these virtual sessions allow our coaches to provide real-time guidance, feedback, and motivation, tailored to your unique goals, whether you're preparing for a match, recovering from injury, or aiming for personal health improvements.
Nutrition Plans

Mikallie Baroch
Coach Mikallie’s life has always been revolved around sport, whether it’s been due to playing, watching and recently predominately coaching it. Her passion for sport has now evolved and branched out into a relatable area of Health and Fitness.
Her career is now driven from her desire to help people transform their bodies and minds, whether it’s as a general population client wanting to lose weight or an athlete who wants to get stronger and faster for their specific sport. She believe that not one size fits all - "I take pride in truly connecting with my clients to understand what the right path is for them."
