    Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

    Wati Yusof is a highly experienced personal trainer and yoga instructor from Singapore with over 15 years in the industry. She has operated a successful yoga instruction business across Singapore and has a strong background in developing athletes. Wati has worked with the Vietnam Tennis Federation Davis Cup Team and many ITF-ranked juniors, focusing on injury prevention programs to enhance performance and longevity in their sport. In addition to her work with athletes, she has a passion for helping general population clients achieve their health and fitness goals, guiding them through major physical transformations with a holistic approach.
